1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating a merchant account, accessing, or using Letsia Pay services, you agree to this Merchant Agreement and any related policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, you must not use the services.
2. Service Scope
Letsia Pay provides payment processing, payouts, transaction reporting, and related financial technology services. Service availability may vary by jurisdiction, product type, and regulatory requirements.
3. Merchant Obligations
As a merchant, you agree to:
- Provide accurate account, business, and beneficiary information.
- Maintain secure access controls to your dashboard and API credentials.
- Ensure all customer-facing terms, disclosures, and refund rules are clear and lawful.
- Promptly cooperate with information requests related to risk, disputes, or compliance reviews.
4. Fees and Settlement
Fees, reserves, and settlement schedules are defined in your commercial schedule or onboarding documents. Letsia Pay may offset refunds, chargebacks, penalties, or unpaid balances against future settlements.
5. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the services for unlawful transactions, restricted businesses, fraudulent activity, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or any use that violates applicable law or network rules.
6. Compliance and KYC
Letsia Pay may perform KYC/KYB, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, and enhanced due diligence at any time. Continued service is subject to successful verification and ongoing compliance checks.
7. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access immediately where required for security, risk management, legal compliance, or breach of this agreement. Certain obligations survive termination, including chargeback and indemnity provisions.
8. Liability Limits
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Letsia Pay is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for affected services in the preceding contractual period.
